The Halo Crew is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Architect to join our dynamic team in a fully remote position. This pivotal role involves leading the technical oversight and product delivery for our automation and AI-integrated platform designed for the clean energy sector. As a Technical Product Architect, you will closely collaborate with the founders and development teams, translating business vision into scalable, secure, and robust system architectures. In this position, you will manage a small team of four, guiding their work and ensuring that all project elements align with strategic business goals. Your expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, and product management will play a crucial role in delivering a high-performance platform that meets our customer needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications and product workflows that inform development processes.
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring sprint planning and release timelines are adhered to systematically.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, defining the minimum viable product (MVP) scope to meet market demands effectively.
Conduct comprehensive product testing, acceptance reviews, and user feedback sessions to refine offerings continuously.
Maintain organized documentation for workflows, feature sets, and system integrations to facilitate team collaboration.
Design and document an end-to-end architecture for a modular Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, emphasizing scalability and security.
Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, APIs, and infrastructure solutions to support product needs and performance goals.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, security, and outstanding performance throughout the system architecture.
Review code and architecture from external development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in software design and implementation.
Create and maintain vital architecture diagrams, database schemas, and integration maps that guide development efforts.
Lead and coordinate the work of third-party development teams, ensuring clarity in tasks and accountability for deliverables.
Establish effective task workflows, set up regular check-in meetings, and implement QA/review processes to oversee project quality.
Ensure that code ownership and version control practices are in place, facilitating smooth handoff processes among developers.
Verify that all systems are constructed within company-owned infrastructure, ensuring robust access control and compliance with security protocols.
Maintain comprehensive records of all tools, services, and vendor credentials utilized in project development.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for development, documentation, and onboarding that streamline processes.
Support long-term technical planning, contribute to cost forecasting, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
