We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in systems architecture to join us full-time and lead the technical oversight and product delivery of our automation and AI-integrated platform.

Responsibilities

Product Management

Translate business goals into technical requirements, specs, and product workflows
Define and manage product roadmap, sprint planning, and release timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define MVP scope
Conduct product testing, acceptance reviews, and user feedback loops
Maintain structured documentation of workflows, features, and integrations

Systems Architecture & Oversight

Design and document end-to-end architecture for a modular SaaS platform
Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, APIs, and infrastructure solutions
Ensure data integrity, scalability, security, and performance across the system
Review code and architecture from external devs to ensure best practices
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, database schemas, and integration maps

Dev Team Management

Coordinate and oversee work of third-party development teams
Set up task workflows, check-in meetings, and QA/review processes
Ensure code ownership, proper version control, and handoff standards

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical product management, systems architecture, or software development
Proven track record building or managing SaaS, automation, or AI-integrated systems

Strong working knowledge of:

Modern backend stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Firebase, PostgreSQL)
Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases)
DevOps and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Vercel, GitHub, CI/CD)
Experience managing or collaborating with outsourced developers
Familiar with third-party CRM and marketing integrations (e.g., Zapier, Zoho, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience in clean energy, home improvement, or similar industries is a plus
