We are seeking energetic, field-savvy individuals to join our team as Field Merchandiser for the Retailync Partner App Network. If you have strong connections in local retail markets and experience in merchandising, retail sales, or distribution, this is a great opportunity to be a part of Pakistan's growing digital retail transformation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person visits to grocery stores, retail shops, and wholesalers in Lahore.
- Onboard retailers to the Retailync Partner App, guiding them through setup and initial orders.
- Educate shopkeepers about the app’s features and benefits like order tracking and digital visibility.
- Build strong relationships to ensure long-term engagement and consistent order placement.
- Follow up with inactive users to re-engage them.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Share field updates and progress with the team.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field merchandising, retail sales, or distribution (FMCG/telecom/fintech preferred).
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with smartphones, apps, WhatsApp, and basic tools like Google Forms or Excel.
- Strong knowledge of the local retail market in Lahore.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with fieldwork.
