We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Agent with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
- Engage prospects with a compelling pitch and generate interest in IT services.
- Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before transfer.
- Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
- Accurately log customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (neutral or near-native accent)
- Minimum of 6 months of cold calling experience in sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Punctuality is a must – strict adherence to shift timings (7 PM – 4 AM)
- Exceptional work ethic, respect, and a team-player attitude
- Goal-oriented with a growth mindset
- Ability to adapt, think fast, and handle rejection
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
