What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with our CTO to:

Build and Enhance Our Web App: Implement features, refine our user interface, and create a responsive and seamless user experience.
Develop an iOS Application: Extend the functionality of our web app to mobile platforms, starting with iOS (experience in React Native or Flutter is a plus).
Integrate and Leverage LLMs: Work with OpenAI APIs (or other GenAI solutions) to build personalized, intelligent, and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate on Sub-Projects: Take ownership of specific development modules tied to our product releases, such as onboarding flows, journaling features, or analytics dashboards.
Optimize and Scale: Ensure the app is secure, scalable, and performs well under varying workloads.
Coordinate with the Design Team: Translate provided UI/UX designs into efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
Stay Up-to-Date: Explore the latest trends in GenAI, mental health tech, and development frameworks to improve our offering.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

Full Stack Development: Proficiency in building scalable web applications using Next.Js
LLM Integration: Hands-on experience working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or other tools for building generative AI applications.
Database Management: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB).
Mobile App Development: Experience with React Native, Flutter, or other frameworks to build and deploy iOS apps.
UI Implementation: Ability to implement modern UI designs using tools like Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
Version Control: Proficient in Git and working in collaborative repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Problem-Solving: A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on executing projects efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with DevOps (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Prior experience in mental health or healthcare-related applications.
Knowledge of security and privacy best practices for storing sensitive user data.
Familiarity with iOS deployment and App Store requirements.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our CTO and design team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup environment.
