We are seeking an experienced Time Office Incharge to manage and oversee timekeeping, attendance, and related administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in time management, attendance tracking, and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timekeeping and Attendance:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and working hours
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2. Time Office Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of the time office, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of attendance and leave data

3. Payroll Support:

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Provide support and guidance on attendance and leave-related matters

4. Employee Support:

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on attendance, leave, and time-related matters
  • Respond to employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

5. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze reports on attendance, leave, and time-related data
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in time office or related administrative role

3. Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Familiarity with time management software and systems
