Key Responsibilities:
Project Identification: Search for and identify relevant projects on Upwork that match our service offerings.
Proposal Crafting: Create customized, high-quality proposals tailored to meet client needs and expectations.
Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to gather project requirements and clarify expectations.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables to successfully close deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain a high response rate and foster positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Activity Tracking: Monitor bidding activities, track outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance.
Requirements & Skills:
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Client Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp client requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
Proven Track Record: Experience in generating targeted leads and closing deals ranging from $500 to $2000.
Motivation: High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
Team Player: Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proactive Mindset: A passion for growth and success with a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project types in Mobile App Development, Web Design, Development, and E-Book.
Freelance Experience: Prior experience working on Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus.
CRM Knowledge: Understanding of CRM tools and basic lead tracking systems.
