Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers
In & Outbound calls
Email handling
Updating clients' portals
Verifying pickup and delivery papers
Driver tracking
Customs work
Reefer temperature monitoring
Help the drivers according to their needs
Daily trips record keeping
Company assets record update daily
Graduation/Equivalent or above
Must know computer knowledge
Must have adaptive, outspoken, self-routed, and analytical skills
Must know Microsoft Word & Excel
Must be conversational and friendly
Must speak, read, and write in English
Must speak either Punjabi / Urdu
Must have the ability to make phone calls
Must have an excellent memory
