We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer/Social Media Handler to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visuals and managing our social media presence to effectively engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, etc.).
- Develop brand-aligned designs that effectively communicate the company’s message and values.
- Work on multimedia projects, including video editing and motion graphics, when required.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Plan, create, and schedule content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor analytics and create reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration and Ideation:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into engaging designs and content.
- Stay updated on design and social media trends, and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with other departments to align designs and social media content with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
