UI/UX Designer

Based in Lahore, Pakistan, this full-time, on-site position seeks a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of user experience design principles and visual design, along with practical skills in Figma and Framer to develop high-quality interactive websites and prototypes. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to craft user-friendly web experiences that align with both brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to gather and understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to collect insights that guide design decisions.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using industry-standard tools and best practices.
- Apply user-centered design principles to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Participate in iterative design reviews, incorporate feedback, and refine the user experience accordingly.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards across various platforms and devices.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Advocate for the importance of user experience and user-centered design within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, human-computer interaction, interaction design, cognitive science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Webflow.
- Familiarity with design systems, component-based design, and auto layout.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic motion design principles.
- Experience designing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
