Ultra Electronics Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and enhance our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of five accounting professionals, providing mentorship, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters. The Accounts Manager is critical in preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing accounting policies, and collaborating with various departments to drive financial insights. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards in all operations.
Prepare and file tax returns, and manage payroll processing with precision.
Assist in the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial analyses.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with various departmental teams to provide financial insights that optimize inventory management and financial health.
Maintain and regularly update accounting systems and software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Odoo, to ensure efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust financial strategies.
