Initially as a Consultant in the team, your role will involve:
Working collaboratively in multi-organisational teams, and adapting to new challenges and environments
Applying problem-solving techniques to a range of complex issues with a high attention for detail
Be willing to learn (or is already able) to lead small teams to deliver rojects and/or workstreams
Building networks and relationships across organisations
Operational Analysis, particularly capability analysis and evaluation within the military domain
Data Insights - all aspects of data analytics, including data science and data visualisation using toolset

Personal independence
You shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 10 years as a member for military or defense contractor.
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and RCSS is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm.

Employee Benefit:

After probation, a basis of $250 and up to $450 dollars for each report of high quality.Detailed pay grade could be discussed in the interview according to employee's position an professional experience.
A feasible working pattern of $1000-$3000 monthly salary and bonus for each report
Travel around the world for work or rewards
Bonus for each report
