We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Technical Services to join our After Sales Services department Varioline Services Pakistan Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical services team, providing expert technical support, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical services team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for customers, both remotely and on-site.
Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Manage and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and knowledge bases.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve technical services.
