Videoeditor

We are looking for a talented Content Creator and Video Editor to join our team and help bring our brand’s story to life through compelling visual content. This role requires someone who can plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that highlight our projects and engage our audience across various social media platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, the successful candidate will ensure that all content aligns with our promotional goals and effectively connects with our target market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos including tours, interviews, events, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging content tailored for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, maintaining consistency with the company’s brand identity.
- Perform post-production editing on videos and photos, adding special effects, music, and other enhancements to produce polished final products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content supports campaign objectives and reinforces brand messaging.
- Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies aimed at increasing audience engagement across multiple channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing video production and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and a solid understanding of content strategies tailored to each channel.
- Excellent photography and video editing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills paired with a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a mall, property management, or related industry is an advantage.
