As a Graduate Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience and the team operates efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, lead, and make a difference in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any issues or feedback with professionalism.
- Support and motivate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and resources to meet operational goals.
- Work closely with the team to develop innovative ways to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.
- Help plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations or internships in hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility to work in a remote location and adapt to a multicultural environment.
