The job holder is responsible to accurately process all the shipments in timely manner under the guidance of his officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain and compare quotes from different carriers and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Request booking confirmations from air / shipping lines in accordance with shipment routing provided by/agreed with Operations Manager
Coordinate with carriers, shipping companies, and freight providers to ensure the timely pickup, transport, and delivery of goods
Assist in tracking and managing the movement of inventory in warehouses, ensuring the correct goods are shipped according to customer orders
File for Customs Clearance and shipping instructions
Coordinate with supplier and consignee for timely flow of information and smooth shipping process
Sending pre-alert docs to customers
Provide accurate and timely shipment information to customers and ensure shipment is properly followed till reached destination

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience with a reputable Freight Forwarding Company
Strong communication abilities to interact with clients, suppliers, carriers, and colleagues.
Conversant with Microsoft office tools
Timings: 6pm to 2am Pk time
Salary: PKR 100K ~ 125K
