Vision Hub is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in property sales and a strong passion for customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. You will utilize your communication and negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients. You will not be managing a team but will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of the sales department by ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth within the organization. A proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and a good understanding of sales forecasting methodologies are essential for this role to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell property units and close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to offer customized real estate solutions.
  • Organize and execute property demonstrations and site visits to showcase available units.
  • Follow up with clients post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM software tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and document sales activities.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to engage prospective buyers and increase conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients using proposal automation tools for efficiency.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine sales techniques and enhance customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and share insights to collectively achieve team sales goals.
