Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock counts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods received from the HO warehouse.
Implement inventory control measures, such as FIFO (first-in, first-out) to optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence.
Will be responsible for collecting used and faulty parts from engineers and sending them to the HO warehouse according to the CRM return orders.
To maintain a record of receipts as well as the issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness
Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system at least twice a month.
It's crucial to systematically organize goods in the stock location system for easy storage and retrieval.
Additionally, keeping stocks physically protected in the warehouse is essential.
He will supply the requested spare parts and collect defective materials from engineers based on the parts provided that day.
Take full responsibility for all inventory in the warehouse and service center; any loss or mismatch will result in strict consequences.
Any other task assigned by the HO warehouse.
