Deliver 5-star cleanliness in guest rooms and corridors, with particular focus on bed making, linen control and evening turn-down service. Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Strip, inspect and remake 12–15 beds per shift
Execute evening turn-down (soft lighting, amenities, AC check)
Track linen usage and report damages via digital log
Clean service pantries, carts and assigned public areas
Liaise with Front Desk on VIP or urgent requests
