Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Umrah bookings, travel plans, and visa processing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and transport providers for smooth arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Pushto, Urdu, and Punjabi.
- Prior experience in travel and tourism (preferred but not required).
