You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facility management. The role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in administrative policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration & Facility Management

  • Supervise and manage overall administrative operations of the facility.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to administration.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and security of office premises, assets, and infrastructure.
  • Manage repair and maintenance schedules for office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, furniture, and other necessities.

2. Housekeeping & Staff Management

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Ensure proper shift scheduling and task allocation for support staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace safety and orderliness.
  • Address complaints and grievances of support staff and ensure prompt resolution.

3. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate fire safety drills and implement workplace safety protocols.
  • Liaise with local authorities for any administrative or compliance-related matters.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage contracts and agreements with third-party service providers (security, cleaning, catering, etc.).
  • Ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain quality standards.

5. General Administrative Support

  • Maintain records and reports related to admin operations.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control for administrative expenses.
  • Support HR and management in organizing meetings, events, and staff welfare activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administration or facility management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
