We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a career in finance and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in financial reporting and data analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for reconciliations and audits
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in ACCA or CA (CAF completed preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setup
