IDP Education Pakistan is looking for a skilled Webmaster Content Specialist to join its Marketing Department in Lahore. The role focuses on managing and updating the IDP Pakistan websites for SP and IELTS using various content management systems and marketing tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining web content, addressing user inquiries, and supporting marketing efforts to strengthen the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain IDP websites through multiple Content Management Systems, including WCMS, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
- Utilize marketing tools such as Cvent and yMarketing (SAP products) to assist in executing marketing campaigns.
- Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries submitted via the websites.
- Create and edit graphic designs using Photoshop to enhance web and marketing content.
- Develop and distribute mailshots through various email servers.
- Prepare reports as requested by management or the marketing team.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience or equivalent exposure in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics to help optimize website performance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and HTML is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use web-based content management systems on a daily basis.
