We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with its current operations team to manage and support the online operations for its UK based Security Company project. Must have strong communication and management skills, exceptional organizational skills, multitasking and the ability to work in real-time scenarios to execute the tasks efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with UK team on operations support and database management.
- Liaising with UK clients to ensure all issues are resolved in the required timeframe.
- Communication with security officers and ensure they have corrected site and working hours.
- Data entry in relevant scheduling software.
- Maintaining MS Excel sheets and ensuring all is correct.
- Willingness to work long hours if any project requires.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience of working in any organization for a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills & fluent in spoken/written English.
- Strong computer skills including previous experience in MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Must be used to dealing with fast-paced and highly reactive situations.
- Must have strong attention to maintaining staff rosters and experience of handling versatile and various situations/ duties.
- Previous experience of working with UK based Security company will be preferred.
