A US-based travel agency is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Lahore office as Travel Consultants. You will play a key role in selling Umrah packages and international airline tickets, ensuring clients receive excellent service and a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and engage clients through calls and messages
- Sell Umrah packages and flight tickets with full itinerary explanation
- Design custom packages according to client needs
- Maintain communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional post-sale customer service
- Ensure accurate records and documentation of all bookings

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales preferred

- Prior experience with Umrah/Hajj travel will be an advantage
Shift Timing:
- Night shift ( 8 PM to 5 AM )
