We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient and safe working practices. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing workshop personnel and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Operations:
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient and safe working practices
- Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources
2. Team Management:
- Supervise and manage workshop personnel, providing guidance and support
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
3. Quality Control:
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to standards
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety measures
5. Maintenance and Repair:
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely completion
- Identify and prioritize maintenance and repair needs
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or mechanics
2. Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workshop supervision or a related field
3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Certifications:
