We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading brand presence and community building across global social platforms. This remote, full-time position requires a candidate with excellent English communication skills, creative flair, analytical mindset, and a strategic approach to social media growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage data-driven social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
Create and oversee a compelling content calendar across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
Supervise content creation, including text, image, video, stories, and reels
Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams for brand consistency
Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activities to refine social strategies
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, UGC, and influencer collaborations
Lead paid social campaigns and coordinate with paid media specialists
Use A/B testing and insights for campaign improvement
Implement platform-specific growth tactics tailored to different global markets

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual branding skills
Strong data interpretation and analytical mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Certifications in Social Media Marketing (HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) preferred
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with excellent English
