Xeven is seeking a skilled MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js stack. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of our clients. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 developers, guiding them to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our development processes and ensuring high-quality output.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the MERN stack.
Lead and manage a team of 10 developers, providing direction, support, and mentoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve functionality.
Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB and ensure data integrity.
Maintain clear documentation of the development process, codebase, and application updates.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Identify risks and challenges in the project lifecycle, providing proactive solutions.
Facilitate agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
