We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase property visibility and sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
