We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist & Limo Dispatch Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer support, manage real-time limo dispatch operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and drivers. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and support.
- Dispatch limo drivers efficiently, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Use dispatch software and CRM systems to track trips and update real-time statuses.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with drivers, ensuring they follow schedules and customer requirements.
- Recommend and upsell additional services when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and dispatch logs.
- Work in collaboration with the operations team to improve dispatch efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or limo dispatching is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with limo dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere, Ground Alliance) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours, if required.
