Sr. Full Stack Developer

Waysprotech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our on-site team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and software applications. You will work closely with front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and cloud services to deliver high-performance solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Work on both front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.) development.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate different system components.

Database & Cloud Management:

Design and optimize relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement data security, encryption, and best DevOps practices.

Code Optimization & Performance:

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve team efficiency.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development. • Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Experience with APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
