We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs and preferences.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate. Experience level can be adjusted 
  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific real estate software or platforms.
