This is a Remote Position.The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing a wide range of marketing and content initiatives across Elsewhere Pods’ core business and its new venture, Elsewhere Eco-Resorts. This role combines digital marketing, content strategy, CRM management, and hands-on support for short-term accommodation listings and guest engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s brand visibility, lead generation, and guest booking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Business Marketing

Manage and execute content across all marketing channels, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), EDMs, website, blogs, and digital assets, with an expectation of a minimum of 7 posts, EDMs or other distributions per week.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
Support the Sales Team by managing pre-sale lead pipelines from ad response through to CRM integration.
Maintain and optimise CRM workflows to ensure timely, effective lead nurturing and automation.
Coordinate marketing assets and campaigns to align with new pod launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

2. Eco-Resorts Marketing & Operations Support

Set up, manage, and optimise accommodation listings on platforms through Guesty, ensuring high-quality images, compelling copy, and dynamic content.
Implement and manage a content strategy that cross-promotes Elsewhere Pods and Eco-Resorts across shared channels and platforms.
Support end-to-end booking operations, including guest communication, calendar and availability management, and coordination with cleaners and other service providers.
Produce monthly performance reports for pod owners, including occupancy, revenue, guest reviews, and profit share calculations.

Skills and Experience:

2+ years in a digital marketing, content, or social media coordination role (or related).
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Google Workspace Apps, Canva, etc).
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation workflows.
Experience working with booking platforms such as Airbnb and/or Guesty is highly desirable.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects.
