We are looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable professional to join our team as an Elevator Installation Coordinator. This role combines a technical understanding of elevators with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be experienced in elevator systems, installation processes, materials, and doors while also being capable of handling client communications, generating quotations, and managing day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee elevator installation projects from start to finish.
Good knowledge of understanding project drawing.
Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, materials, and progress.
Understand and explain elevator components, including materials, mechanics, and doors.
Generate accurate and competitive quotations based on project specifications.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
Assist in scheduling technicians and managing installation teams.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and installation records.
Provide administrative support, such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing files.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during installations.
Work closely with the management team to improve processes and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in the elevator industry (installation, maintenance, or project coordination).
Strong understanding of elevator materials, types, and installation processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prepare and review project quotations and cost estimates.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Autocad 2d and 3D is plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using CRM or quotation management tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
