Business Development Officer

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing digital agency specializing in website development, mobile app development, and graphic and 3D animation projects. We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team and play a key role in driving our business growth. Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients and businesses on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., to generate leads and secure new projects.
Create compelling and tailored proposals and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the project management and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Track and report on sales metrics, project pipeline, and progress against targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to promote our agency and expand our network.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the digital agency or freelancing platform industry.
Excellent knowledge of freelancing platforms and their dynamics, with a strong ability to generate business and secure projects from these platforms.
Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, and graphic and 3D animation projects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
