We’re on the lookout for a highly experienced YouTube Automation video editor to join our content team.
This isn’t your typical editing gig. We’re talking ultra-long-form and long-form YouTube content that demands:
- Sharp storytelling instincts
- The ability to follow niche-specific themes
- Seamless use of stock footage, b-rolls, and overlays
- Syncing with voiceovers to deliver binge-worthy content
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in YouTube automation editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing faceless YouTube content
- Able to research & source copyright-free footage efficiently
- Deep understanding of pacing, retention, and YouTube formatting
- Fast turnaround while maintaining high quality
Scope of Work:
- Editing ultra-long-form and long-form videos (10–60 mins+)
- Using VO and scripts provided
- Matching visuals perfectly to narration
- Adding text overlays, transitions, and royalty-free music
- Occasionally suggesting improvements for better audience retention
Bonus If You:
- Have worked across multiple niches (finance, documentaries, mystery, health, etc.)
- Understand YouTube metrics like CTR, AVD, and audience retention
- Are a one-stop-shop for editing, audio tweaks, and thumbnail concepts (not mandatory, but a big plus)
On-site | Full-Time Position | Long-Term PotentialSalary 120-150K
Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
