Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
- Assist customers with flight bookings, visas, and travel packages
- Communicate professionally via phone and WhatsApp
- Achieve monthly sales targets and keep accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in telesales or call center
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
- Experience in ticket booking & tour packages (a plus)
- Proficient in WhatsApp and computer systems
