We are searching for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing team as an Appointment Setter.

In this results-oriented role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments with our sales team. You'll play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively converting them into qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

Qualify leads through phone, email, and chat interactions, determining their needs and interest in our products or services.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads at convenient times for them and our sales representatives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address any initial concerns to build interest
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, leaving a strong first impression for 24hr media.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maximize appointment conversion rates.
Utilize a CRM system to track lead interactions and manage appointments efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

Fluent in English both in dialect and grammar
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and quickly gain trust with potential customers.
Demonstrates strong active listening skills to understand prospect needs and effectively qualify leads.
Is a persuasive communicator, able to clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
Has a results-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and a willingness to learn new software (CRM, scheduling tools).
