Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Analyst (Trainee) Program, an excellent opportunity for recent graduates aiming to start their careers in Process Optimization, CRM, and Marketing Automation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and logical reasoning skills. You will receive extensive training in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and industry best practices to develop into a full-fledged Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing CRM and marketing data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for business decisions.
- Identify trends and insights from data.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
- Maintain documentation such as business requirements and process flows.
CRM & Marketing Automation Support:
- Learn and assist in CRM and marketing automation configuration.
- Support end-users and participate in testing new system features.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze and recommend improvements for business processes.
- Assist in creating process documentation and training materials.
Client Interaction & Communication:
- Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in client meetings and communicate project updates.
Learning & Development:
- Engage in continuous learning through structured training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
- Work closely with mentors to deepen industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent logical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- No formal experience is needed but previous internships or projects in business analysis, CRM, or marketing automation are a plus.
