We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. If you are passionate about business development and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  • B2B Customer Support Representative (Not a Call Center)
  • Commissions will be separate from basic Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems efficiently.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
