Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and shareholder reports.
- Manage tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and minimizing liabilities.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize company tax positions.
- Ensure timely tax payments and handle tax audits and reviews.
- Monitor tax legislation changes and ensure the company remains compliant with current tax regulations.
- Compare sales and profit projections with actuals, and adjust budgets and forecasts as needed.
- Oversee financial planning, including investments, capital expansion, and cost controls.
Qualifications:
- CA / ACCA / CMA (Qualified or Finalist)
- 5-7 years of experience in finance and taxation management.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, tax planning, tax compliance, and tax returns.
- Proven experience in managing tax audits and tax filings with government authorities.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and tax compliance tools
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience: 5-7 years in finance and taxation management
