We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Executive to oversee and maintain client accounts while delivering exceptional after-sales trucking services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving service issues, and ensuring a seamless experience through regular communication via cold calls and emails.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their trucking service needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of client accounts and ensure their expectations are met consistently.
  • Reach out to clients regularly through cold calls and emails to check in, update them on services, and offer additional solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling trucking services.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
  • Ability to handle client issues effectively and provide innovative solutions.
  •  Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Salary: 60k -75k Plus Target based Commission
