1. Regulatory Compliance

Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Keep the organization updated on new regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper registration and contribution submissions to government bodies.

2. Internal Audits & Inspections

Conduct regular audits across departments and branches to check adherence to policies.
Identify risks and report findings with corrective action plans.
Monitor the resolution of compliance issues.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain records of all compliance checks, audits, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits.
Ensure employee records, contracts, and operational documents meet compliance standards.

4. Training & Awareness

Conduct staff training sessions on company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.
Promote awareness regarding ethical conduct, dress code, attendance, and operational procedures.

5. Policy Development & Implementation

Draft, review, and update policies related to HR, operations, ethics, and conduct.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all branches.

6. Incident Reporting

Investigate reported violations or non-compliance issues and prepare detailed reports.
Support disciplinary actions where necessary with documented evidence.
