System Operations:

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Ensure smooth operation of software applications and hardware components.
Perform regular backups and system updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

Data Entry & Management:

Accurately input and manage data within the company's systems.
Verify data accuracy and ensure proper storage and organization.
Generate and prepare reports as required by the management.

Technical Support:

Provide basic IT support to employees, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
Escalate complex technical problems to the IT department or external support as needed.

Compliance & Security

Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company security policies.
Monitor for potential security threats and report any breaches.
