- Customer Service & Support:Greet and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about services and processes.Transaction Handling:Process payments, deposits, and withdrawals efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions.Documentation & Compliance:Verify and maintain customer records as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Sales & Promotions:Promote company products and services to customers.
- Assist in achieving branch sales targets.
- Team Coordination & Reporting:Work closely with the cashier and branch manager.
- Maintain daily reports and update management as needed
