Customer Service & Transactions
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding exchange rates, remittances, and other financial services.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Ensure customer identification and verification procedures are followed as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Branch Operations & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions
- .Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Follow standard operating procedures for cash handling, security, and fraud prevention.
- Assist in balancing the branch’s cash at the end of the day and ensure all records are accurate.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain daily transaction logs and submit reports to the Branch Manager.
- Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness, organization, and a professional work environment.
- Keep updated with company policies, exchange rate updates, and financial regulations.
