Team Management:
- Supervise and guide all coordinators in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure task completion within deadlines.
Communication & Liaison:
- Act as the central communication point between management, faculty/staff, and departments.
- Ensure timely flow of information and coordination of activities and meetings.
Operational Oversight:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coordination and administration.
- Monitor the execution of schedules, timetables, and event planning.
Conflict Resolution:
- Handle internal concerns, complaints, or escalations related to coordination issues.
- Maintain a professional and productive work environment.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all coordination activities.
Training & Development:
- Conduct orientation and training for new coordinators.
- Identify skill gaps in the team and provide solutions for improvement.
