Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Handle attendance, leave, and punctuality reports
Support payroll processing with accurate data collection

Address employee queries and support policy implementation
Assist in drafting letters, contracts, and HR documentation
Help organize staff meetings, internal events, and team activities
