Conduct regular internal audits to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial records and internal controls.
Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify areas of risk, fraud, or inefficiency and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Collaborate with departments to support the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Assist external auditors during annual audits, as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of financial and employee records.
Perform special audits or investigations as requested by management.
