Office Cleaning & Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces, including workstations, conference rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize office areas regularly.Maintain office supplies and stock cleaning materials.
Ensure that waste bins are emptied and disposed of properly.
Tea / Coffee Preparation:Prepare tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and guests as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.

Support Office Staff:

Assist with various office tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Carry out errands such as purchasing office supplies, printing, and courier services.
Help with receiving and distributing office mail and packages.
Meeting & Guest Support:Set up meeting rooms for presentations, conferences, and events.
Greet and assist visitors or guests upon arrival, offering them refreshments as needed.

Maintain Office Equipment:

Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and water dispensers.
Report any malfunctioning equipment to the office management team.

General Office Assistance:

Assist with tasks like arranging furniture, setting up office events, or moving documents and equipment as needed.
Perform other general office duties as required by management.
